Hello everyone,

Can you help me how to reset the password of Technician function code in embedded voicemail. They change the default password and they don't remember.

Any idea will appreciated.

You mean the technicians passcode to the administrators mailbox? You have to set in Voicemail Options in the web GUI.

Thanks for the reply but i tried to change the password in voicemail option it doesnt work.

It doesn't work to set the password and attempt to log into mailbox 999?!?!

Seems odd, done it a more times than I can count...

When i tried to log on into administrator press 9 to go to technician pass code, i enter the new pass code which i changed into voicemail option but it says that number is invalid.

Hi All
this is an old fashioned method pre ver 8 ish
I Used to FTP to the MCD / MN3300 controler , goto the VM folder and Pull PARM.bin
It will show all the passwords in txt.

Thanks for the reply but can you tell me please how to do that coz I tried using FileZilla but when i go to vmail it does not show parm.bin.
