Title: Access Denied (External Call)

Hi,

I have just had our Mitel phone system upgraded to ISDN 30, and one of my extention is now unable to make an external call.

The compnay who looks after the phone system when I have major issues fixed one of the phones for me, but do not give me instrctions on how to solve to solve it myself.

I have access to the admin panel (Group Admin & System Admin).

Please can somebody give me step by step imstructions on how to change this, so that they can dial out :)

There are a lot of variables here, but start in comparing COS and COR for working/no-working extensions.  Seems the most likely culprit....
