Hello All,
We're using MiVB and MiCollab and our users would like screen pops in our web based CRM when answering calls - what's the best way to do this?

Look into MiPop. They have some SDK info that has been tested with a lot of API's. I have been working with NISC for this issue at my company.

what we do is:
1) install CCC on agent machine.
2) enable screen popup option on YSE, then you can config what webpage you want to popup on agent machine, allow you input some parameters.

If using MiCC 9+you can use the web ignite for screen pops. There is instructions in the multimedia guide on setting it up. Most web based CRM's just use a variable at the end of a link to search via some information such as ANI. example: https://www.yellowpages.com/search?search_terms=<<ANI>>&geo_location_terms=Winnipeg%2C+MB
