I have the above error on just 2 phones and I can't figure out why.
All other boxes are working as they should.
All e-mail settings value fields are filled correctly.
I have tried clearing messages from the DB consul
Anybody have any ideas where to look next?

Those 2 phones are set as administrator phones, so they get system alarms.
They can enter the alarm clear feature code to make that go away, or can use the buttons on the front of the mitel box to clear it.
Or you can give the system a reboot, which might clear the actual problem as well.

One or more of your Mailboxes has E-Mail Synchronization setup incorrectly. Check your mainmail.log file and see which one(s) are having a problem. Typically it is when one is setup for UM and the e-mail address is missing or incorrect.

Thanks guys.
I eventually cleared this by inputting 8850 on the one of the phones affected. I had initial been trying the standard 9850 but 9 is our outside line prefix so it didn't work, hence.
Now to see what caused it. :)
