Title: CFA from 5550

Is there a way to set the CFA for a set from the 5550 software? I have a customer that had a 200 with superconsole 1000's and they liked this feature. I know you can cancel the call forwarding from the 5550 but I don't see where you can set it.

MCD 4.1 SP1 5550 is the release that MOL suggests for this release (can't remember exact load).

Your could try third party call fwd

feature code + source ext + destination

I was hoping for less digits for the operator to enter.

I don't understand why the reps can't forward their own phones myself.

Its because they are lazy
