Title: Message Waiting Light

Does anyone know if the message waiting light can be turned off per phone.

We have a customer that has one 5320 phone that when a call comes in, the light does not flash. When put in DND the light does light up, so I know it works. They do not have a problem with any of their other phone.

Suavie,

I assume you mean the light at the top right of the phone and not the message waiting indicator under the redial button.

The indicator should light up any time a call is directly ringing the extension; maybe the calls are not directly ringing the station and therefore it would not light up the indicator.
