I have an AWV deployment that uses LDAP to sync our active directory for login.
It's working for everyone except one admin user who it worked for at one time, but now doesn't. The following steps have been taken to troubleshoot:
Change AD Password (no good)
Delete existing AWV account (no good, possibly counter productive?)
Re-initialize MiCollab account (not synced with AD)
Now I'm stuck.

What happen if you try to login the micollab/portal with the same login/password ?

MiCollab works ok - but it uses a different set of credentials. Only our AWV blade is synced with AD via LDAP.

There was a change in the AD server that required a change in the LDAP info. The error still persisted but sorted itself out after a few days.
