Has anyone had a recent update to their Micollab client on IOS 12?
iPhone automatically updated to 8.1 at the weekend and now crashes every time it is run?
Thanks

Hit and Miss here, 4 of use have tried it, 2 work and 2 don't.
All on iPhone X with IOS 12 and the same version of Micollab.
I don't believe Mitel support IOS 12 yet so support may be limited.
-
Thanks just also tested on an Android device and all ok so looks like iOS 12 is the culprit, hopefully an iOS 12 compatible update will come soon.
-
See this documents from Mitel today.
-
That doesn't reference IOS12 or Micollab, Is that the right document?
-
On your iPhone go to Settings - MiCollab App and turn on Contacts.
-
Sorry not had a chance to read that document yet however I can confirm that enabling contacts suggested by HeidiS allows the app to work normally again.
Is this a bug or something unique to 8.1/iOS 12?
Thanks.

FYI, I am able to replicate the MiCollab app crash by disabling contacts in iPhone settings.
iOS 12 with Micollab 8.1.
-
Least it’s able to be replicated, hopefully an update soon. Is anyone running 8.1 with iOS 11 and has similar fault?
Is there a way this fault can be reported to Mitel at all?
-
I can report that iOS 12 with MiCollab client version 8.0.306 has no such bug. Give me until tomorrow AM and I will update the 8.1 client on iOS 11, I have someone here that still hasn't upgraded iOS but they've gone for the day.

That was one of the fastest update releases I have seen come from Mitel. [emoji23]

Guess there was quite a few disgruntled customers out there perhaps?
