Hi guys ,

Our Customer use  ip user license with Micollab client V6 only to control deskphone. i will upgrade soonly the Micollab server to V8 . and want to know if i need to purchase a basic UCCV4 licenses to use Micollab client V8 .

No, the licenses migrate with the server upgrade.

Ip user in Mivoice business = UCC Basic  in Micollab?

UCC Basic - MiVB IP User license and MiCollab Basic
UCC Entry - MiVB MDUG license, NuPoint w/Call Director, standard or advanced UM, MiCollab desktop or web client (Entry features only)
UCC Standard - UCC Entry plus AWC, Teleworker, Mobile Client, desktop or mobile softphone
UCC Premium - UCC Standard plus 3 Teleworker license, MiCollab Mobile with Vidyo and CRM plugins, MiTeam
