Title: Setting new password - old password not available

Can someone tell me how to set up a new administrator log in password if you forget the old one? We are using model number 6867i.

You can set it in the configuration file (i.e. startup.cfg)
If you aren't using a config file, do a web recovery to reset the phone to factory default again.
