Hello all, as some of you may know I am quite new to the Mitel side of PBX's. Currently, I have a customer who has told me that customers of theirs are unable to leave a voicemail before their active hours (8:00 am). Voicemail works great throughout the day but if a customer calls before 8 am they are saying they are unable to leave a voicemail. I have asked if they do anything different when leaving for the day, ie putting the system into Night mode and they say they do not. I do not even know where to begin to get this resolved so I am hoping some of you can help me out. Thanks in advanced!

Check the programming to see if a STAR is setup and where it goes at night. Usually this will be the default program.

Where exactly would I go to verify/check that setting inside the DB on the 250?

Start at the beginning, where calls enter the phone system: the CO trunk group(s). Trace call routing from there.
