I've got an issue I'd thought I bounce off this group.
We have a customer that has an very old 6160 that they're using for MOH. (Software ???)
DNI integration.
The problem is that the mitel port goes into DND. It's not programmed as a RAD but MOH.
If we clear the DND and then busy and rts the circ it starts working again. - for a few days.
DND is not enabled in COS.
Anyone have a clue?
