Title: Phone Manager - Mitel 250 Voicemail DID

Hey guys, I have a quick question.. I know Phone Manager is Xarios but I have an issue that I am not having much luck getting guidiance.

First off, voicemail is working for the desk phones no problem as well as voicemail to email.

However I have phone Manager up and running for all of the soft phones without issue. Now we are having an issue where the users on their softphone (phone manager mobile) cannot access their voicemail. Anyone have any ideas or help on this matter?

How are they trying to access their Voice Mailbox? Are they dialing the extension for Voice Mail and then * and then their extension? If they aren't then have them try that to see if they can access it.

Is their voicemail box programmed against their user on the MCS Server?

Forgive me of my ignorance but is the MCS server the web url login by right clicking on the cMitel communication service? I am not exactly sure how to confirm your question as I am quite new to all of this.
