Title: Please help me MiVoice 470 with PMS Hotel

Hello everyone, sorry for my english. I have to connect a MiVoice470 release 5.3 with a PMS hotel. I saw that you can use the FIAS protocol, and also another SX-200 protocol. What is different? Another thing, someone kindly have a documentation with the FIAS commands to connect the PMS hotel? Please help me. Thank you all

•Market standard
•Solution for big hotels and residences with a sophisticated property management system (PMS)
•Available with a license: 1 X PMS interface and 1 X per room

The SX-200 is a popular PBX in entry level hospitality segment for the U.S. market.
MiVO 400 emulates the SX-200 hospitality interfaces in order to use the well-known PMS systems in the same way as SX-200 does:
•PMS interface
•Voice mail interface
•CDR interface (new call logging format)

Have you checked with your Mitel authorized dealer for the FIAS interface description document?

Hello, thank you very much for your reply. Do you know how to configure the MiVoice by activating the PMS Sx-200 protocol? Do you have any documentation? Thank you
