Hi,
Hoping you can help.
We have recently gone with a hosted setup of MiVoice Business Cloud from a UK provider. The receptionist's console is v8.0.3 and occasionally she will go to search for a number and the phone book will be blank, it sometimes affects the BLF status (green/red, grey icons disappear). The temporary fix is to close the software and open it again, not ideal and I can't expect them to do that every time.
Not sure what else to put, the vendor's suggestions aren't really helpful at the minute and at a loss. Ask for more info and I can provide.
