Title: Embedded voice mail softkey
Post by: sunspark on August 16, 2018, 02:05:47 PM
Hi ,

I'm not able to read voicemail using 6940 voicemail key. As u can see in the attached screenshot , i can't see my voicemail number .

When i dial the Embedded voicemail (6000) i'm able to read , delete ... voicemail messages.

in the 6940 phone --> voicemail menu - > i ckecked "open voicemail" + "save password"

I checked the COS of huntgroup +port voicemail + users Cos , voicemail softkey set to yes.

I restarted Mivb and phones = same behaviors

Any idea ?

Do you have voicemail number defined in Call Coverage that is assigned to this device?

Make sure Voicemail is defined there... We never configure "1" for anything, 3 is the default call coverage configuration if you use MiCW?

Hi Ace ,

I have another Node with call coverge set to 1 , and with no configuration an it works. i don't know why it doesnt work with the Customer node.

Anyway even if i configure the call coverge to 3 and put the voicemail number , i still have the same result.
