I recently changed a controller IP address.
Since then, reach-through from the MiCollab server no longer works to this particular controller.
I have re-addressed controllers before without getting this issue.
Does anybody have a check-list of things that need to be done for reach-through to work?

What browser are you using, IE or FF?
Maybe try clearing cache and connecting directly to the controller, accepting any certificates before try reach-through.

I always use IE. I can connect fine to it directly.
I just added the controller's new IP address to the "Trusted Networks" and now reach-through works.
