Title: Key labels and caller id on 6900 series phones

we have a new 3300 installed with 6920/ 30 and 40 sets  the issue we have is this is a law firm and the have secretaries picking up for several atty's   they have  key system keys for each ext appearance of the atty's. when an internal call comes to a key the label changes from the ext to the calling party's ext number  so they don't know how to answer it  we basically need the label to stay in place at all times
this also occurs with inbound external calls the caller id comes up on the label again  is it possible for the label to stay and the caller id info can come up on the larger part of the display

There is a CoS option on the General tab under Display called "Display Caller ID on multicall/keylines which I always have set to "no". I assume this is the CoS setting that is displaying Caller ID over the key label, I've never tried it.
