Title: Mitai Call Control Node error

One of my IVR servers is sputtering out the below error every minute in the Windows server event log:

MitaiCallControlNode - MitaiCompletionCallbackHandler Mitai command failed - Client:[127.0.0.1:53366] ClientTag:[21228] DN:[8835] ReturnType:[General] ReturnCode:[SXERR_NO_CALL_TO_ANSWER

Source location is C:\Program Files (x86)\prairieFyre Software inc\CCM\\Logs\MiTAIProxyServerLog

Has anyone come across this behavior before?

Did you ever find a solution to this?  I'm seeing this too and I can't seem to find anything on the web.

Hi,

This is a issue withing the 8.0.x.x version and should be resolved in 8.1.4.0

Excessive SXERR_NO_CALL_TO_ANSWER errors in port logs when call transferred
from Nupoint Messenger to IVR hunt group

Better upgrade to 9.x
