Have a 5330e on a MiVB 8.0 with NuPoint that has a msg light.
You press the msg key and it is wanting you to enter the VM passcode, If you try to enter a passcode, it says server is not configured.
I created a mb on the phone with a new passcode, when I try to log in, I get the same message: the server is not configured. I deleted the mb, but to no avail, still has msg waiting light flashing.
The NuPoint is working properly with all call flows and mailboxes...
Any ideas?

Sounds like visual voice mail is enabled on the set and perhaps not configured on the MCD External Visual VM form
