Title: Phonebook lookup

Hi guys,

does someone knows if there is a possibility to show the full name when using the phonebook lookup on the Mitel phones. Now I only see the first letter followed by the last name. I was also curious if it is possible to search on first name instead of the default last name.

i always put the full name in the First name field

That can do the trick. But don't you have a possibility to sort out on first or last name?
