Title: Embedded MOH - help needed!

Hello,
I am new to the forums - thanks for adding me.  I have a 3300 that I need to update the MOH on. I am rather new to this product, but I have uploaded a file a few months ago, but have no idea how I made it play! I have encoded the correct format, just no idea how to make it be the primary (and only) source

It will play "0" by default.
In ACD Paths, you can nominate to play "1" instead. If you don't enter an "Embedded Music Source" in the ACD Path, it will play "0".

OK, so does that mean I will have to delete whatever is in '0'? It is not in ACD, just normal on hold

You shouldn't have to delete the existing MOH file (I'm not even sure you can), just upload the new one in that slot in the Audio Files Update form.

looks like you've uploaded the music correctly.  Next goto the Call Coverage Services form, number 1 will be highlighted (the default) and there will be a music on hold tab, click embedded then select the music you uploaded. it'll play for all phones in call coverage 1. (1 is the default so it will probably be all the devices you want )
