Just got an email from a user that state it happen again, her phone ring, rings and it doesn't go to VM after 5 rings. I have checked her setting and nothing has been done to the profile. We current have 3 servers for redundancy, but one master running MiColla Advance Messaging Admin V.870. Our PBX is an MX-One. This happen randomly not all the time. Forgot to say this user is using a Aastra 6731i, we also have a mix of SIP and Digital lines connecting to the PBX.

I had this issue before, check the class of service options, mirror it to a working phone perhaps.

Thanks for getting back, we checked this morning and user has the same class of service (common service profile) programmed like all other ones nothing different. I just called her this morning and after 5 rings the call went to voicemail. Still would like to know why this happens?
