Title: call reporting

We are a call center and would like EVERY call to show up in the call history on the phones
i noticed that failed calls ( ie the call cannot be completed as dialed)  do not show in the history.  is there s feature or setting that i need to enable to get these to ALL log?

I don't think you will ever get this on the phones. You could request a design change
