I have a Mitel HX Console running 6.0.9.69 looking for Admin and Diagnostics software, No support from Mitel, venders, or even related sites and saw some had success from this site. Happy to see some finally supportive! Thanks in advance!

I replied to you on the other thread as well, but here is what I posted there just in case.

The problem you are running into is not a good one as you bought the system 2nd hand so the licensing isn't associated with you or your business; that is why Mitel can't/won't help.

Unfortunately, you will need to work with the person who sold you the equipment to get the licensing moved over to a local Mitel Certified Dealer that can work with you.

The other issue you may have, if the person who sold it to you doesn't know, is what the password is for the system. This isn't too big of a problem as you can default the database that is in it and it will retain the Application Record ID for the licensing. Then all you would need to do it program it from the ground up once you figure out what kind of licensing it has.
