Hi everyone, I have code T021 ringing on extension 129 and I'm not sure where that's coming from or what it represents can someone clue me in please? Thanks

I would think it is trunk number 21 form 14 or 15

T021 means Trunk 21... You have a call coming with that is not presenting any caller ID or ANI information, or in more rare instances it is a
"bug" call, like a intermittent short to ground on a Ground Start trunk or errors on a T1/PRI.
