Hi experts
I have installed MiCC R9 for first time and it sync with MiVB R8... can someone outline basic steps for configuring the ACD, Agents. Queues, and call flow?

50 views but no rply :(
Anyway, i progressed somewhat....
Configured Agent ID's, configured, ACD Groups and enabled ACD on agent sets...
Configured Keys for ACD login, busy, available, logoff... I have configured key function as CDE Speed Call, although it is working but want to confirm if this is right way of doing it...
Anything else that i should be doing to ensure proper configuraiton?

This is not next next next then end . you need to be certified in Micc or folow the Installation guideline.

It's not that nobody would like to help, but what your needing is formal training versus help on a specific problem.
Standing up an IVR with ACD paths/groups is a very involved process, and without knowing many other foundational details regarding your environment its hard to provide that help in one post.
I would recommend contacting your vendor and getting assistance and training via them.
Sorry man.

Problem is, i m from BP , have trained on MiVb but MiCC is first time but i have deployed CC solutions from other vendors like Avaya , Alcatel , etc
If i get some instructions i can make it up and running

Are you asking for the documentation? Log in to CCMweb and click on Help, and the eng guide and deployment guides are there. Or, look in C:\MiCC\Documentation\.

I'm MiCC certified and it's still a nightmare to configure, I'm opening cases with Mitel all the time, getting technicians to connect on my servers, going to their French HQ even for hours long meetings, it's not exactly administrator friendly !
