How and where do I activate this?
Mitel 5330 phone
Mitel 3300 ICP

Please help

Class of service of the phone.
Change the "Auto Campon" timer to 0 seconds.  (I think zero - it might be blank - check the help docs)

I usually set up a second (or more) button the phone as a Multicall Line Assignment - with the same DN as the prime line.
