hello all , i need directions on how to get certified with Mitel . Im currently a new employee at a company that have a mix of avaya ip office and Mitl 3300 , and im tasked with maintaining the phone systems . i'm proficient with ip office but the mitel is giving me some issues . So i need to get the basic training in Mitel . Can you please advise me on a path .
