Title: Ring group not working

I have a strange fault as follows, ddi in to name tag hunt group which is always call forward to ring group with 5 members in it.  IF you dial the ring group all members ring OK . IF you dial the ddi only the 1st member rings, ant idea's ????

What happens if you dial the internal number of the hunt group? I know you have reroute always on HG but in the name tag hunt group go you have any members?

No members, hunt group is used just to control day/night

If I call the internal hunt group number, it still only rings one extension.

sounds strange. Is there a reason why you have it set to 'nametag' huntgroup? If not try setting as 'voice' and see what happens. Out of interset what software version?

Cust ( surprise surprise ) now wants it prog differently, so no longer an issue, thanks anyway.
