Title: Day mode/ night mode transfer

Hi,

 I'm having an issue transferring to the operator while at night mode if I call when the system is in day mode and I press 0 I get transferred to the operator but if I switch to the night mode pressing 0 will take me back to the Auto Attendant what I'm trying to do is to make pressing 0 rings the operator for both modes.

I did but did not see anything there that might cause this, do you have any tip to narrow down what to look at there?

should have regular zero and priority routing. also verify what box zero dials and that 0 is the feature code one more thing is tenant of vm ports to check, maybe looked at wrong 10
