Title: Delete outgoing VM message

Is there a way to delete the outgoing voice mailbox message without deleting the account?  This is an embedded voicemail system on a 3300 switch.

You could ftp into the system and delete it, not sure if this would work because you may need some default greeting. That being said, I would just create a new mailbox and check what it has. You likely could copy and rename any default greetings into this box. Also might be good to copy the default off and convert it to an uploadable wav file that can be used in the future to replace any mailbox greeting via the moh upload form

Why can't the password just be reset?
