Title: In 5361 second call not received when busy in mitel A 470

Hi

I am facing issue with mitel 5361 digital phone when my phone busy i am not able to get second call by internally but i got external call on call waiting.


pls suggest

what do you mean can't get 2nd call? for incoming?

yes

if my extension is internally busy i am not able to get 2nd call.

untick "busy on busy" under the user's permission set and see...
