Title: Delayed mobile twinning
Post by: andyring on May 31, 2018, 03:53:09 PM
I swear I've seen this somewhere in the programming but for the life of me I cannot find it/figure it out.

How/where do I set delayed mobile twinning? I have normal mobile twinning set up for our staff, but some have requested that their cell phone not ring the instant their desk phone rings, but ring after a delay.

OK, found that.

How do I assign that to a specific user?

andyring,

Those are just templates used for creating users for the first time. If you want you could just go into the users Dynamic Extension Express and add another routing step.

To do that just right-click and [add routing step].

Once you have 3 routing steps you can change the first to be just their desk phone. The second one should be their cell phone and the third step would be Voice Mail. After that you just need to work out the timers that work best for the user.

Thanks,

TE

Shortly after I asked the second question, I figured it out.

Thanks everyone! These forums are awesome.
