I have a customer running software load 13.2.1.27
They have CCD setup and have a couple remote users in different cities.
One phone has been disconnecting and saying "Please wait" on the display for a few minutes.
Then it logs back in and puts them at the bottom of the queue.
This is not good for commission sales people.
Any idea what would cause this sort of thing?

Connectivity issue.
