Title: mitel hx 5000 10 digit local dialing

I have a mitel hx 5000 and when dialing option 2 from vm to do a return call dials a 1 before dialing the 10 digit local number and gets a recording from the CO saying you do not have to dial a 1 before dialing a local number.

After you listen to your vm message it gives you the option to do a return call to the person who left the message from the recieved caller ID.

What are your Numbering Plan Area Flags and Codes setup as?

What is your default User Group set up for?
