Does anyone know what must be turned on the telco side to deliver CAller ID back out when called is transferred out of system. We have a customer that needs to transfer customers to outside company and the outside company needs the customers caller ID for screen pop.

Is your service a SIP service? If so you will find in the SIP options (SIP Peer profile) the settings for passing through the number of the original caller.
