Title: Make outgoing caller ID private

Hi all,

We recently went to SIP and now our numbers are displaying on external calls.

I resolved this by adding the cpn substitution ranges and masking all as our main reception number but I've now been asked to make everyone come up as private.

What settings must be used for this? We are running MiVoice business. 3300 and MiVoice business express.

If it's everyone, ask the carrier to mask your CPN, it takes a second for them.

"CPN Restriction" flag on the SIP peer profile.

I've done this for a couple of people at a few sites (not the whole company). I did this by setting the user as "privacy" to "yes" in the telephone directory
