Title: Should Mitel Web Dialer use the same credentials as previous ST Communicator?

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Was using Shoretel's communicator successfully for dialing. I can't seem to install Communicator on Win 10, so trying to use the Mitel Web Dialer plugin for Chrome. When I enter the same credentials (server address, user name, password...) it doesn't work.

Should I expect the Mitel application to work with the same ShoreTel user information?

Any recommendations here would be welcomed.
