Is there a way to disable the phonebook feature so that users cannot look up other users on the same 3300? MCD 4.1

I don't think you can block the phone book.  If you can you'd do it in COS so be sure to check there.

One thing you can do is put the names in quotes.   Like this "Ralph".
The user can't enter a quote mark from the keypad so they can't look it up.

Just curious, why would you want to block that?

I am sure that in the COS there is an option called 'Multiline Set Phonebook Allowed'

I had a second so I looked it up.  You are correct.
I figured if there was an option that's where it had to be.
I've just never had anyone ask me to turn it off before.

That is what I was looking for. I looked for it but not under the "M" only "P" and didn't see what I was looking for. I guess I shouldn't have been lazy.
