The other day I was trying to troubleshoot a one way audio issue and wrongly assumed that the audio diagnnostic feature code would do audio diagnostics. However in doing so it seems to have put the system into a freeze state.
The system information tab, under platform shows "System is not actively saving logs (frozen) Frozen by: Audio Diagnostic Feature"
I went to "View system logs" and cleared the freeze that was in there but the message remains.

Have you downloaded the logs?

I didn't, I just deleted them thinking that would clear it :-X I'm attempting to download a full log.

I'm trying to do a "download all" and it's bee saying "download in progress" for about 4 hours now.

Perform a Backup Database Save to your System and one to your PC and then reboot your MiVO-250.
