Title: Unable to access webpage

I have a customer that is a hundred miles from me reporting a strange issue.
Their IT company wanted to use the web port access port so I changed it to 4500. SAD access is not effected but now the customer is unable to log into the web portal.

They are using 6.2.3.53

Looking at the screen shot it appears that the web browser has a certificate error because the system is using it's self signed cert. (Which is normal)
Can the user select show details and accept the self signed cert and continue
