Title: 5330e phone only passing 100mbs

I have a new 5330e phone that will only pass 100 mbs. If I bypass the phone then the PC connects at 1ghz. Has anyone else had this issue? If so is the only resolution to return it to Mitel?

Is the set itself connecting at 100Mb/s or 1Gb/s? Have you tested the phone directly at the switch port? Have you tested the cable run with a tester, and not a dumb wire-map tester, but a real cable tester? Did you try to factory reset the phone?

Sorry for taking so long to respond. After going through the settings in the data switch and defaulting and rebuilding it the data switch now allows the phone to connect 1gb. Still not sure what was wrong with the data switch. Thanks for the help!!
