Title: Voice Processor Identification Prompt?
Post by: BlackSunshine on April 26, 2018, 06:55:02 PM
Has anyone had problem getting the “Identification Prompt” turned off....I have 2 systems with it turned off and still get”your call is being processed my Mitel Voicemail”....the are both at 6.2 software and have been rebooted.

BlackSunshine,

Are you sure that the prompt didn't get loaded into the wrong spot or the call is going somewhere that plays that prompt? At what point are you hearing the prompt and can you always recreate it?

Thanks,

TE

There are 3 places for that.

The first is on Voice processor-->Identification Prompt
The second is on Voice processor-->Devices-->Mailboxes-->[mailbox]-->Auto Atendant Transfer Prompt
The third is on Voice processor-->application-related information-->Auto Attendant information-->Auto attendant Transfer Prompt.

I always set all of these to no. The mailboxes will allow you to copy and paste this individual setting to make it easier.

The Identification Prompt is not the same greeting as the Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt.
