Title: Call Routing Question

Where do I find the outside numbers being called to reach a hunt group or the main lines for that matter?
I see the hunt groups I guess I am looking for where to look to see how it gets to each group.

If you are using SIP or PRI you can check the System-->Trunk-Related Information-->Call Routing Tables. If those are already programmed with all the numbers then you will see them there.
If you are using POTS lines then you could try calling the local ANI number and it will give you the number.

Otherwise you will need to check with the provider to find out which numbers they have.
