Title: Disable screensaver on 5360

Hi, we've just upgraded our 250 to version 6.3.

The Mitel screensaver has come back on all our 5360's. I've tried deleting it from the application profiles assigned to the phones and deleting the base load as per old guidance on this forum, but it doesn't solve it.

Can anyone tell me how to disable again?! My users find it really distracting. More importantly, they all hotdesk and will forget to check if they're logged in if they're distracted by the pictures!

Any help would be great.

Temple,

Easy as one, two, three.

1. Press the blue applications key
2. Find/Select screensaver
3. Shut it off

Sadly not..

The option here is 4 hours / 15 mins / 10 mins / 5 mins (default option) or 1 minute.

The only other option is to set  the dimming level. Sadly off or disable isn't an option...

Take the screensaver application out of the assigned application profile.

Tried that. Even created an empty profile and then one just with help.. And done a delete base load each time, but still it's appearing...
