I am not sure this is possible so I am asking here.
My customer has a 6.2.5.93 system.
They want the phone to be answered. Frequently they need to put the customer on hold at that point. They then want the caller to be able to push a button to leave a message.
Is this possible?

magnus,
Where are they putting it on hold at?
If it is their desk or system hold then no there isn't a way for a user to press button while on hold.
If they park them at a Hunt Group and the Hunt Group has an announcement and/or overflow messages then yes you can have a button press there, but those will always to the same mailbox.
Are they wanting it to go somewhere once the Hold Recall timer is up?
Thanks,
TE

They are using a system hold.
They want to be able for anyone of the reception people to answer the call. Also some of the people don't really want to learn new features so they want it to work much like the old key system they had.
Slowly we are training them to new features
I will run the park option by them and see what they think.
Thank you for the suggestion!
