i have an External HotDesk setup with what i believe are the correct CoS settings. however when i call the hot desk extension i get an error "Not Allowed" any thoughts on what i can look at to see what is not allowed.

Do you have tenanting programmed on the system ?
-
no
-
I have seen this message if interconnect restriction applies , have you checked that ?
-
checked and there are not interconnect restrictions setup
-
Has calling this number ever worked ?Can other users call this number ? Can other hotdesk phones be called without issue . The phone is a working remote phone that can call the phones that cannot call it ?
-
Is it setup in a multi-device user group? If so, you can only call the main extension of the multi-device user group (presence in that group has to be on for the external hot-desk extension to ring)
-
it is part of a multi device user group..... that is good to know. thank you.

"Not Allowed" is typically a Class of Restriction issue more than a COS issue.
