Good day, i need help, i have about 4 mitel 5312 IP Phones displayin the message ::::TFTPerr:packet recv..... reseting phone.
what could be the problem, i have restored the phone to factory setting, put static IP adress, but stil the message stil comes
mie controller is Mitel 3300

This is a network issue or corrupt files on the 3300 controller, or less likely something happened and the phones bricked/went bad...
What version of MCD software?
Are these phones local or remote, if remote by what method (MBG, VPN, etc)?
If you have a working phone that reboots fine, and replace it with one of these sets, does it boot up properly?
