Title: MiVoice Business Console

Hi all,

I have an issue with an MiVB Console. UCaaS solution 8.0 SP3 PR1

We have 2 users setup on them at the moment working okay. When one of them is on leave the customer has another user help take the calls on reception. They have tried using another Microsoft Windows account and loaded up the software on there but it doesn't want to connect back to the MiVB. Just the red connection botton right.

We have tried running it as admin, and this works...but they don't want to have the hassle of doing this every morning for the user. I have tried setting the program to run as admin but this doesn't work either!

Any ideas would be great, thank you

you have to run   the "configuration wizard " .
